How long does registration take?
Typically 3–5 working days. CIPC sets the pace, and a name that’s already taken can add time.
What documents do I need?
A certified copy of each director’s ID. You fill in everything else in our online application.
What does the R850 include?
Name reservation, CIPC registration, your MOI, registration documents, a SARS tax number, share certificates and digital delivery. See the full list.
