    Choose your company name (with backups), give us an address and add each director. It saves as you go, so you can stop and come back.

    Provide the required identification and supporting documents.

    That’s a certified copy of each director’s ID, as a photo or PDF. Then you review everything and pay R850. Nothing is filed until you do.

    We check your details against your ID copies, and we check your names. If something’s off, we tell you before it goes to CIPC.

    We reserve your name, submit your registration and deal with CIPC. If CIPC has a question, we answer it. You don’t chase anyone.

    Receive your documents

    Your completed company documents are delivered digitally.

    Your Certificate of Incorporation, MOI, SARS tax number and share certificates, as PDFs. Ready for your bank.

How long does it all take?

  • A blurry or uncertified ID copy. We'll ask you for a new one.
  • Details that don't match the ID. We check for this before we submit.
  • CIPC is busy. That part is out of our hands.

How long does each step take?

Can I stop halfway?

When do I pay?

At the end, after you’ve reviewed everything. Nothing is filed until you pay.

What if something’s wrong with my application?

We check before we submit. If something’s off, we contact you so it can be fixed before it reaches CIPC.

What if my company name is taken?

We check your names in the order you give them and reserve the first that’s available. With at least one backup, there’s no need to start over.

How will I get my documents?

Digitally, as PDFs, ready to send to your bank.
