Why does it cost R850?
Fair question. You're paying for the work around the filing, not for the filing itself.

For reference: if you register directly with CIPC, its own fee is about R175. That's a real saving, and it's why some people do it themselves. R850 buys the time, checking and support that come with it.

Is CIPC’s filing fee included in the R850?
Yes. R850 covers our service and CIPC’s filing fee. The only things outside it are certifying your ID copies and courier for printed copies.
When and how do I pay?
At the end of your application, after you’ve reviewed everything. You can pay by card or EFT. Card payments go through our payment provider, and we don’t see or store your card details. If you choose EFT, your registration starts once the payment reflects.
Are there any extra costs?
Not for the registration itself. If something outside the R850 comes up, like courier, we tell you the cost before you agree to it.
Is there a refund if I change my mind?
Our refund terms are in our Terms & Conditions. We link them right at payment, so you can read them before you pay.
Can you help with just one step?
Sometimes. Call us and we’ll tell you. For a first registration, the full package is the most straightforward option.
Do you charge for changes to my application?
